It’s all about Grand Cru
A Sensational Journey of Flavour
CLUBHOUSE Banyuls Grand Cru Edition is a complex sensorial journey.
We chose Banyuls casks for a reason. Steeped in sun-drenched French terroir and seasoned with Grenache-rich dessert wine, these casks layer in luscious notes of dried fruits, toasted nuts, and silken sweetness.
A sweet wine cask is so rare, it’s redefining what a good Irish whiskey blend can be.
Banyuls is a designation for exceptional sweet, fortified red wines made from the Grenache grape within the Banyuls region of France. Grand Cru signifies a higher quality and more stringent production process.
Cask Influence
Tasting Experience
Exceptional. Unexpected. Unapologetically CLUBHOUSE.
Nose
Opens with playful notes of sweet candy, almond, and ripe fig—then deepens into layers of velvety chocolate, rich caramel, bold espresso, and a faint trace of rose, adding intrigue to the finish.
Palate
A bright opening of strawberries, cream, and citrus peel gives way to earthy dried herbs and a gentle red chili warmth—balancing sweetness with a savory edge.
Finish
A lingering sweetness crescendos into a burst of ripe fruit—leaving a vivid, mouthwatering impression.
